South lagoon plans drift into limbo

with the lagoon south of Beulah. But questions have to be answered first.

The questions are what, when and who’s going to pay for it.

The Beulah City Council pondered those questions as they continue to seek the answers at Monday’s meeting. A half dozen residents from the south side attended the meeting to find out how much progress has been made on what they hope will be a partial solution to flooding problems on the Knife River.
