Annabelle updates council

A proposed housing development and open meeting laws were the main topics of discussion when Beulah’s City Council met this week.
Although the topic missed being on the agenda for the meeting, Annabelle Homes Director of Development Tom Bakritges gave a presentation on where the development company was in the planning process.
