The west end of the business portion on Main Street in Beulah will start to look different very soon, now that the Country Kettle has begun settling into the old Pizza Ranch building. Renovations of that structure and demolition of its old home next to Bronson’s Super Valu will add a new face to Main Street.

Officials have been trying to figure out how to address housing issues in Beulah for some time and last week the City Council and city planning and zoning board got together to figure out how to move forward. Mayor Darrell Bjerke opened the meeting with an introduction of why the meeting had been called.
