Three-peat not meant to be

Five out of the last seven years, Center-Stanton’s head coach Janet Erhardt has been honored by her colleagues as the District 9 coach of the year. For the past two season, Erhardt has taken the Wildcats to the Class B State Volleyball Tournament.

Last week, the veteran coach was able to share the spotlight with her daughter as Jenny Erhardt earned the district’s senior athlete of the year award.
