Bad weather cuts wrestling registration, competition

on Center-Stanton Wildcat Wrestling’s first tournament. Poor road conditions following a blizzard even postponed action from Friday night until Saturday afternoon. Even then several of the registered athletes did not show up. The total of little wrestlers went from the mid-200s to only 83.

It didn’t keep C-S wrestlers from performing well as they still had a great showing. Three Wildcats took home the title in their weight class. Matthew Dickinson, Seth Johnson and Mason Olander took first place.
