It’s nothing new for spring sports to have to deal with weather concerns. But many coaches around the state can’t remember a time when it was quite this persistent. The start of high school baseball season was long overdue by the first flood, but then a blizzard followed shortly by a second flood practically condensed three months of scheduling into five weeks.
