North Stars downed by silent 3rd period

Hazen-Beulah let two points in the West Region standings slide out of their hands Saturday as another catatonic third period helped Jamestown to a 6-3 win.
The win helped the Bluejays with their battle against Mandan for the fifth place seed. The loss firmly planted H-B in the seventh seed so they will prepare to face Bottineau in the WDA in a couple weeks. The North Stars still could move up if they got wins over both Mandan and Dickinson to end the regular season.
