Ost leads Bison to district title

Hazen girls basketball coach John Ward has been on a quest to find the key to “finishing” games most of the season. During last week’s District 14 Tournament, he found it close to home.
Senior Courtney Ost delivered both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball to help her team pull off one of the greatest upset this season. As the underdog all three nights, the Bison defied all to be crowned district champion, a feat that Ward noted he always knew his team could pull off.
