Bison baseball enters the postseason

At 14-9, the Hazen Bison baseball team has had a successful season by almost anyone’s standards. The team will find out if that regular season success translates into postseason wins when they begin postseason play versus the Max Cossacks May 17 in Hazen.
The game, a Region 6 play-in affair, will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday in Hazen. If the third-seeded Bison win that game, they will advance to play the winner of No. 2 seed Velva and No. 7 seed Sawyer at noon Monday in Garrison. The championship game is scheduled for Tuesday.
