Softball season ends with 2 upset champions

Softball season has finally ended. The sport that helps less old and older athletes relive their glory days faded into the sunset last week as the last postseason tournament finished up Aug. 16.
The women’s division played their tournament Aug. 15. The Hazen Highway Express/ Subway team led the way all season and easily locked up the number one spot. HHE-S was undefeated for most of the season but lost two games. The last game they lost was the first in a doubleheader the week before the tournament.
