Trojans finish regular season

The Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky Trojans finished the regular season with a 3-0 win at Standing Rock Friday night. The Trojans suffered a loss to the Garrison Troopers, 3-0, Tuesday night in a home game.
The Trojans finished the regular season with eight wins and five losses overall and four wins and one loss in district play. The Trojans are the second place team when the District 10 tournament begins in Wilton Nov. 1.
Garrison is ranked 1st, TL-M-M 2nd, Washburn 3rd, Wilton 4th and Underwood 5th. The Trojans play Washburn in the first round Tuesday night, Nov. 2.
Trojans 0-Troopers 3
The Trojans lost to the Troopers in three close games. In the first game, the Trojans took a 7-3 lead after a kill and an ace from Rachel Hanson and back-to-back aces from Kim Tkach.
The Troopers got back points when Lauren Pechacek got a kill and Chelsea Bendickson an ace. The ace from Bendickson tied the game at seven. A kill from Brianna Johnson put the Troopers in front 8-7.
