Velva's winning streak snapped

After four years of claiming their own tournament’s title trophy, the Velva Aggies saw their chances at a fifth snatched away by the Berthold Bombers, who ousted the Aggies 71-49 in last Saturday’s championship game at the Velva Invitational Boys Basketball Touranment.
Third place went to Rolette-Wolford, who beat Our Redeemer’s 53-50. Surrey took fifth by defeating Dunseith 82-70, and Westhope-Newburg was seventh over Sawyer, 71-20.
