Bonds approved for four-plex in city

Center is another step closer to having its first structure built in the Hazel Miner Addition. After a public hearing June 1, the Center City Council approved the issuance of bonds totaling $600,000 to support the Center Housing Authority plan to build a four-plex town house style structure in the addition.

There was no opposition voiced at the hearing. Tom Serie, representing F & L Development, LaVerne, Minn., and Fargo, was on hand to provide information and answer questions.
