Road disrepair dominates County Commission meeting

According to Oliver County Road Supervisor Bruce Nelson, there are about 700 sites on county roads that were damaged this past winter.

The county is dealing with washouts, depleted gravel surfaces and culvert replacements. In his report to the Oliver County Commission during its monthly meeting July 7, Nelson expressed his concern that although his road crew is working as fast as they can, "A lot of the work isn’t going to get done this year no matter how you look at it."
