Section lines keep topping County Commission agenda

Oliver County Commissioners have one section line road issue between neighbors on the way to being settled following the results of a survey by Land Use Supervisor John Wicklund.

The issue surrounded a fence that appeared to be closer to the road than the required 33 feet. This fence, belonging to Dale Berg, runs along the county road that goes past the house of neighbor, Mike Ginther, north of Hannover east of State Highway 31.
