Residential property values to see increase

Residential property values in the city of Center and Oliver County have been running 8 percent lower than the minimum now required by the North Dakota Tax Department.

To keep in accordance with state guidelines, the Center City Council approved an across the board increase to that affect when they met July 6. The Oliver County Commission approved the same residential property increase earlier that morning.
