City asks county for location for impounded vehicles

The city of Center is looking for a location to build a storage yard for junk and towed vehicles. The Oliver County Sheriff’s Department would like a secured location for impounded vehicles.
The two entities met with the Oliver County Commission at the June 9 meeting to discuss a location on the southwest end of Center near the city and county line.
