Speed bumps to be purchased and installed in Center

The approval of a speed bump purchase and installation caused quite a stir in this month’s Center City Council meeting.
Last month, resident Scott Larson appeared on behalf of his neighbors with small children and the St. Paul Lutheran Church congregation regarding reckless driving in the neighborhood. It was determined that the city wide 15 mph speed limit and stop signs are being ignored by some drivers thus causing a significant danger.
