Council discusses city road repairs as near emergency

Among the variety of topics discussed at the Aug. 1 meeting of the Center City Council, road repairs and water damage carried the greatest degree of concern.
Councilman Dallas Morast expressed his concerns about needed repairs, which was given to city manager Janelle Peterson.
