Boy Scouts and fathering connect hand in hand

In 2003 Center resident Mark Schutt was diagnosed with life-threatening kidney failure. By all accounts, he was given a death sentence.
Imagine a piece of rope 18 feet in length. Now imagine sliding that rope through your hands, as it passes against your palms, sometimes quickly, sometimes more slowly. Eventually the rope comes to its end and you let go.
