Permit denied for N.D. Health Dept. reasons

Some residents in Hannover got what they wanted when the Oliver County Commission denied a conditional use permit that would allow multiple mobile homes on one lot.
The commissioners unanimously denied the permit from resident Henry Maertens Friday at the Oliver County Courthouse due to health reasons.
