Time zone hearing scheduled

It’s about time.

A public hearing to help decide the fate of all Mercer County clocks has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, May 14 at Hazen City Hall in Hazen.

The hearing, led by U.S. Department of Transportation attorney Bob Ashby, will fall in the midst of a public comment period that is scheduled to run early March through June 14. Once the comment period opens, feedback can be both viewed and given online at www.regulations.gov, or supplied via mail or fax.
