Oliver County considering using Vanguard

If the city of Center decides to go ahead with hiring Vanguard Appraisals, Inc. to appraise city property, Oliver County may join in once the facts have been fully presented.
Oliver County Tax Director Jacky Schulte said hiring Vanguard would very helpful in completing county assessments because the assessor hired long ago has been ill and not able to complete the job.
