City withholding payment for poor paving

Price Asphalt believes its done with Hazen’s pothole patching project. The city of Hazen disagrees.
At the Hazen City Commission’s regular meeting Sept. 6 at Hazen City Hall, the commission decided to withhold payment on a $50,000 pothole-patching project until the Minot company returned to complete the job to the city’s satisfaction.
