Annabelle Homes: ‘We’re serious about moving forward’

A residential and commercial property developer repeated their pledge to work with the city to build homes, office space and a hotel in west Hazen in a visit to the Hazen City Commission Monday evening at Hazen City Hall.
Annabelle Homes of Minneapolis, Minn. first visited the Hazen City Commission July 7, and returned July 18 and Aug. 15 to present more detailed intentions. Monday, Annabelle director of development Tom Bakritges reiterated Annabelle’s commitment to build 23 single-family homes, 30 town homes, two office buildings and a 42-room hotel with meeting room and swimming pool on 22.5 acres just east of Krause’s Super Valu in west Hazen.
