City rallies support for Annabelle at meeting

Nearly 30 residents filled the Hazen City Commission meeting room Jan. 11 at City Hall for a meeting regarding the proposed residential and commercial subdivision in west Hazen.
The tone of the meeting started positively, and remained that way throughout.
