Not in this landfill

STANTON -- The Mercer County Landfill doesn’t want any oilfield waste coming to its doors.
That’s what Commissioner Duane Scheurer and Landfill manager Candi Strand said Feb. 20 during a  commission meeting at the County Courthouse. He referenced a company that has brought in fracking material twice.
