Wilton graduates 16 seniors

It was a sweet ending to a long road for 16 Wilton High School seniors who graduated Sunday afternoon at the Wilton School in front of family, friends and school staff. The valedictorian of the class, Alison Kassian, spoke volumes of her classmates when she gave the farewell address to the crowd.
“I will always remember how you made me smile,” Kassian said. She also spoke fondly of the opportunities she had at the school, especially of the opportunity to be a mentor to elementary students for two years. And before ending her address, Kassian pulled a guitar from under a table and performed an original song in tribute to her classmates. She was accompanied by Jennifer Unke, who helped Kassian in putting the performance together.
