Bringing care to a new level
Benedictine Living Center remodel begins

Just over 43 years ago, the Garrison Nursing Home welcomed its first seven residents. Over the years, the facility has undergone numerous changes. One of the greatest took place in 1989 when the privately owned facility was purchased by the Benedictine Health System.
While the footprint of the building has remained the same, there have been several interior renovations. Many of the changes have been to provide a more comfortable, homey atmosphere. Others, like physical therapy, were incorporated to improve quality of care.
