Celebrating 50 Years

Since 1964, Triangle Y Camp, 13 miles southwest of Garrison and supported by Minot Family YMCA, has been impacting and serving campers, offering them the opportunity for meeting friends and trying new things. This summer, the camp is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

Too much boom?

Last year, Garrison city officials established guidelines for discharging fireworks. Dates and times are: June 27- July 3 – 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.; July 4 -- 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.; July 5 – 9 a.m. to midnight. Apparently few got the memo.
