Food pantry plea

The Velva Food Pantry is once again appealing for assistance. Organizers note the pantry is in need of an upright freezer, and anyone wishing to donate one or make a donation towards the purchase of a freezer should call Lynette at 338-2143 for specifics. The local pantry operates in cooperation with Great Plains Food Bank, which now has frozen foods available for use.
