Local kids win MP3 players

Paige Sager, Velva, and Sean Prellwitz, Towner, promised to wear their seat belts in the back seat and became the proud owners of a "Buckle Up In the Back Seat" MP3 player as part of this year's 2008 Child Passenger Safety Month activities.

It just keeps coming

North Dakotans celebated their whitest Christmas in a long time last week, and it appears the snow isn't going away any time soon. The white stuff has continued to fall on almost a daily basis, and just last Sunday night, another three inches fell, and was then whipped around by the wind, blocking country roads.
