Council overturns lot vote
A vote held by the Beulah City Council late last month was revisited at its most recent meeting that resulted in a change of heart by the council.
Councilor Kathy Kelsch spoke about the lot in question and referenced information that had not been presented at the previous meeting. At that meeting it had been presented that the lot owners wished to sell the lot, which would have resulted in a breach of contract. It had not been presented at that time that the lot owners were ready to sell the lot with no profit to themselves.
