Years of tossing balls and perfecting their swing led a group of talented baseball players from Washburn, Wilton, Center and Stanton to form a strong team and take on teams of talented ball players at the 2011 State Legion Tournament in Bottineau. The end result showed that the boys of Post 12 match up well with the best players in the state. And while they didn’t come out with a first place finish, their eyes never left that goal.
