Beulah council amends budget

City Auditor Heather Ferebee brought forward the proposed 2013 Budget Amendments, 2013 Amendments and Transfers and 2014 Transfer during her report.
Among the budget amendments would be an increase in the highway fund expense and decrease in general fund expense by $529,194.92, an increase in the public building fund expense and decrease in general fund expense by$44,560, an increase in special assessment district 22 expense by $454,751 and sales tax fund expenses by $200,000 and increase the special assessment district 22 fund revenue by $645,751, increase sales tax fund expense by $64,914 to cover the pool loan payment and historical society, and increase sales tax fund revenue by $34,914 and decrease the pool fund expenses by $30,000, increase the emergency fund expenses by $85,090.54 and increase the emergency fund revenue by the same amount, increase the social security fund expenses by $65,856.14 and increase general fund revenue by the same amount, and increase the general fund expenses and revenue by $183,383.29 to adjust for other non-budgeted expenditures.
