J&M Ace Hardware makes big move

Beulah’s J&M Ace Hardware has signed a purchase agreement for what is known as the old Shopko building located on the north side of Beulah along Hwy 49.
The purchase agreement was signed on June 27 and closing is set to take place in September. Jerry and Monica Isaak said they are feeling a lot of different emotions for the move -- excited, eager, nervous.
Jerry said moving off of Main Street was a big negative for them during their decision making process. However, collectively as a business the move will be good for J&M Ace Hardware.
“We will definitely miss Main Street,” said Jerry. “It is nice to be a part of all the functions on Main Street – the [Holiday] Walk Around, it’s awesome for me to look out there and see Main Street full.”
J&M Ace Hardware is expected to expand some of their key departments. Jerry said the sporting good section is a department that will noticeably bigger.
