Storm day policy creates headache

When weather conditions are looking iffy regarding temperatures or road conditions, someone has to make the call of whether or not a school will delay its start, an advisory will be issued or a business will be closed early.

“I guess what we got now is broken,” Commissioner Wes Gunsch said. “How are we gonna fix it?”
