Seniors among top track honorees

It has been almost a month since the end of the spring track and field season, but during that time Beulah co-coach Todd Kaylor was looking for the right words to describe the season. The two words that seemed to fit the most were thank you.

At a casual gathering at Riverside Park Monday night, a few members of the Miner track and field team gathered a final time to reminisce about the successful spring season. A huge ingredient to the team’s success this past season was the positive leadership all the senior athletes showed.

"For me being their coach and kind of a leader … I am going to miss you guys," Kaylor said.

He went on to thank the parents for the privilege of being the head coach along with Randy Pacall for another season. The pair explained a little about their philosophy when it pertained to getting the best out of the Beulah athletes.
