Where’s North Dakota beef? Right in Washington, D.C.

Hmm, what shall it be for dinner tonight, the homemade meatloaf? Macaroni and cheese, pot roast or chicken pot pie? Or maybe a thick, juicy North Dakota bred and raised rib eye steak.

When Center native Carla Anderson is working at her Washington, D.C., office and hungry for North Dakota beef, she doesn’t need to wait until returning home. All she needs to do is take a walk to a nearby Washington, D.C. restaurant and order a favorite – a grilled North Dakota Angus Open Range Flatiron Steak with all the trimmings.
