Wildcats win District 10 opener Sweep Garrison-Max

The Center-Stanton Wildcats hosted Garrison-Max last week in their District 10 opener. It was a chance for the Wildcats to show the rest of District 10 that they are challengers for the district crown.
The Wildcats proved that they have a shot at the district crown because of their strong serving skills against Garrison-Max. The Wildcats recorded 17 service aces in the game and won 3-0: 25-13, 25-10 and 25-9.
The first set went a lot like all the others in the game. The Wildcats jumped out to a 6-1 lead, keyed by two Morgan Vitek aces.
The only flirtation with trouble came after two self-inflicted Wildcats wounds. The Wildcats committed two consecutive hitting errors, allowing their lead to shrink to 6-3.
