Kibbel notches double-double

The Underwood Comets will be working on honing their offense, controlling the speed, and making their shots count as they head into the Christmas break following a split on the hard court this week.
The Comets easily handled Drake-Anamoose on Drake’s home court last Monday, then fell to Hazen Thursday night on the Bison home court.
The Comets were set to be back on their own turf Tuesday night, ready to take on Washburn in District 10 action.
After dominating Drake-Anamoose 63-20 earlier in the week, the Comets took on a much stronger opponent in Hazen.
We came out from the tip off playing an up-tempo game, and our press did a nice job of frustrating them and creating some turnovers that transitioned into some easy buckets," said Underwood Coach Toni Cottingham.
