5-point swing deflates Hazen’s upset

Hazen meet Myles Tomlinson.

The Turtle Lake-Mercer forward came off the bench to provide a spark Jan. 26. Despite 24 points from playmaker Grant Singer, the Trojans supporting cast of the 5-foot-11 sophomore along with his accomplice Adam Peltier, made the difference down the stretch for the 69-55 win.

From the game’s get-go it was the Bison’s Joey Mack making the difference. The senior forward had a hand in his team’s first seven points. Then Brent Sorensen took over with a layup.
