Boys dominate small meet

The Beulah-Hazen crosscountry team had a strong showing at the Bowman meet last Thursday. It was a small meet with six teams on a windy day running a fairly flat course. The Miners dominated action with a first place total of only 20 points. In second place was the host team with 46 points.
The high school boys race was very exciting with Cole Messerschmidt and Michael Palzewski battling throughout the race for top spot. The Bowman County runner edged out Messerschmidt who clocked in at 18 minutes, 40 seconds for second place.
