Submitted On Monday, Oct. 12, seventeen runners from Bob Callies Elementary School participated in cross country races at Oak Park in Minot. Conditions were cool and blustery, but runners did well.

The Garrison-Max Troopers began their 2009 campaign on a sour note this past Friday, being blanked by Grant County-Flasher in Elgin 24-0.

Mark Harris has been named manager of the Garrison Golf Club. Harris will take over the helm the end of August. Harris isn’t wasting any time getting settled in. He said he has been at the clubhouse already, acclimating himself to the operation of the business.
