Titans sweep Minot Metros

Titans summer baseball opened at Corbett Field against the Minot Metros.
“The boys were excited to get out here and play,” Garrison Head Coach Luke Gehring said. “They have been cooped up the last couple months. It was the first game of the season. The energy was high. They were attentive. They were focused. They showed up ready to play. It was awesome.”
The season opening game went almost three hours finishing up with Garrison on top 9-7.
“We were confident, coming off a big win,” Gehring said. “We were riding that momentum wave from Game 1.
Second game final score Garrison 11, Minot 4.
The Titans played again Monday night at Hoeven Field in Minot taking on the Expos. The games were split a win a piece in the doubleheader.
The boys struggled in the first game at the plate.
