Sports injuries

We did this project because we enjoy sports, and we wanted to help people by teaching them how to prevent and treat injuries. Sports injuries happen every year and some are worse than others, even some are sports-ending injuries.

Nicole Packineau had a great night as did the Parshall Lady Braves in general in hammering the Trenton Tigers, 75-41 Friday night. Packineau seemed to score at will against the hapless Tigers who fell to 0-10, while Parshall improved to 6-4 on the season. Packineau’s 22 points were one of the best nights of her career and she led all scorers in the convincing win.

Lady Braves finish fourth

Parshall won its first two games in the Northwest Conference Tournament but then ran into a buzzsaw in the semis, and finished fourth in the 12-team tournament.

NWC tournaments in progress

The Northwest Conference girls basketball tournament started Monday night in various venues across northwestern North Dakota. The boys tournament will begin Monday.
