Jade Moran put on a show, but his three touchdowns weren’t enough as Titans of Towner-Granville-Upham rolled over the Parshall Braves 63-24.
The tenor of the game was set early, when TGU marched the opening kickoff down the field to score a touchdown on a 10 yard run by Eli Luna. After a three and out series, TGU scored again on a two yard run by Hunter Schell. Luna ran another 13 yards to make the score 24-0 after the two point conversion.
On the ensuing kickoff, Moran was able to break through the Titan coverage and race down the sidelines 80 yards for a touchdown. Moran completed a pass to Dean Foote to make the score 24-8.
The second quarter belonged to the Titans as they scored four touchdowns to make the halftime score 49-8.
After the half, the Braves were able to hold the Titans scoreless in the third period, but were also unable to score themselves. TGU broke the scoring drought when Ethan Bachmeier broke off a 20 yard run early in the fourth quarter.
