Parshall’s Lady Braves blasted through the competition in the Williams County Invitational track meet on Tuesday, finishing with 131 points and outdistancing second-place Stanley by 18 points.
It was a good day for the girls who had five first-place finishes on the day including a double win by freshman middle distance runner Alexis Woods. The 800 and 3200-meter relay teams took top honors and Parshall runners finished first, second and third in the 1600-meter run.
Woods took her first in the 400 in 1:08 and the 800 in 2:47. The 800-meter relay team of Michelle Risan, Cassidy Keller, Madeleinne Zacher and Rayessa Odermann, were first in a time of 2 minutes flat.
The 3200 relay team was paced by Desiree Wells, Devanee Hale, Veronica Lyson and Kiara Packineau. That team earned the 10 points for first place in a time of 11:51.
