Parshall used opportunities to seize the moment and capture the respect of Class B runners in North Dakota and several mid-sized schools in eastern Montana last week as the Braves and Lady Braves performed well on Tuesday and Saturday.
On Tuesday, the varsity boys took fourth in the Watford City Invitational with 140 points while the girls were catapulted into a second-place finish with 84. The junior high girls won their Tuesday afternoon calling.
New Town took the boys meet in Watford City, followed by Glendive, Mont., and Beulah-Hazen. The girls were second only to Glendive, while Killdeer finished in third.
